Nortel CALA region:

Premium and Regional Services Partnership. For thirteen years GINTEL has worked as a sales representative for Enterprise Products in Venezuela and the CALA region. Gintel has been a service provider for both Enterprise and Carrier products (sales and technical support, network design and implementation, authorized technical training) for Nortel and Nortel distributors and direct customers in the Caribbean and Latin America Region. We have an office inside de Nortel Sunrise Building to help to develop projects in the CALA region.

Nortel US:

CNNR. For two years GINTEL has worked as a sales representative for Enterprise Products in US, and as a service provider both for Enterprise and Carrier products (sales and technical support, network design and implementation) for Nortel, Nortel distributors and direct customers in the US

Nortel Developer Partner:

Gintel is a registered Nortel Developer Partner helping to develop and deliver complementary Enterprise and Carrier VoIP and Multimedia solutions for Nortel communications platforms.

Global Knowledge:

GINTEL has a MIRP partnership category (Nortel Managed Instructor Resource Partner). We provide certified instructors for Global Knowledge course platform related to Nortel equipment / enterprise products in all CALA region.

ACM Group:

Agreement to distribute and provide support to their Telephony Budget Control applications for voice networks and Trouble Ticket Management Systems.

De Jongh Computing Systems:

Agreement to distribute and provide support to their CRM application (Remedy Software from BMC).
